This versatile room is able to accommodate a conference for up to a maximum of 150 delegates and comes equipped with projector and screen. There is a wireless network available for internet access giving you business communications for your seminar, learning day or company meetings. Table and seating arrangements can be chosen to meet your individual needs and this room has the added advantage of being easily divided into two separate meeting rooms, using retractable soundproof screens. The two separate rooms can be hired out individually and host up to 60 people. We offer very flexible catering options and if required golf can always be included on attractive terms.

The Pilgrims Room
This room is slightly smaller than the Gatton room, but can accommodate the same level of versatility. You will enjoy wonderful views out over the golf course and a professional atmosphere with which to host your conference. Room layout can again be tailored to your specific requirements.

The Gatton Room
This room can accommodate a variety of layouts to suit any business meeting. With access to an outside seating area and a private bar if required we can cater comfortably for up to 60 delegates. Table layout can be chosen to suit your needs and a wireless network and a portable projector screen are available.

The Lakeview Room
This extension to the existing building was completed in spring 2008. This beautifully light and spacious room is ideally suited for meetings of 10-30 delegates. Up to 20 can be seated around the boardroom table, although alternative seating layouts make it possible to accommodate more if necessary. Presentations can be made using the 50" HD Plasma screen TV and wireless internet is available. There is direct access to the room's own private balcony, which has a panoramic view over the 18th green and golf course beyond. This versatile room is also ideal for private dining parties for up to 30.

The Hooper Room
For smaller gatherings, the Hooper Room is ideal for business meetings up to 10 delegates. Away from the hustle and bustle of a normal working day, this room is quiet and secluded and offers an excellent working environment. Broadband connection and flipcharts available, access is also available to a private balcony. Catering is available from our lounge bar menu or you can pre order a personlised request.
